  • Fish: 4 tuna steaks 12oz total, salt, pepper
  • Pasta: 1 lb thin spaghetti angel hair
  • Sauce: 1 cup heavy cream 1 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp butter, juice of 1 lemon, 1 can (14oz) lima beans

Equipment

  • Frying pan
  • Pot (for pasta)
  • Saucepan

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Simmer cream, flour, butter, and lemon juice for 15 mins. Add drained lima beans and cook 5 mins more.
  2. Season tuna steaks. Sear in hot oil for 2-3 mins per side (aim for a pink center).
  3. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente; drain.
  4. Toss pasta with the creamy bean sauce.
  5. Slice the tuna and arrange on top of the pasta.
