Main Ingredients
  • Mash: 4 lb sweet potatoes 4 eggs, 1.75 cups sugar, 1.5 cups melted butter, 1 cup milk, vanilla
  • Topping: 1 lb thick bacon 1 cup pecans, 1 cup brown sugar, 4 tbsp butter, cinnamon

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Boil and mash the sweet potatoes.
  2. Whisk mash ingredients together and spread into a baking dish.
  3. Fry bacon until crisp, crumble it, and toss with cinnamon.
  4. Mix bacon, pecans, brown sugar, and butter. Sprinkle over the potatoes.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 45 mins.
