Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • Wet: 7 tbsp unsalted butter softened, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 1 large egg, 1 tsp vanilla
  • Dry: 1.5 cups flour 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt
  • Add-in: 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips

Equipment

  • Baking sheets
  • Mixer
  • Wire rack

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla.
  2. Mix in dry ingredients just until combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Drop tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets (space them out).
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 13-15 mins. Edges should be golden.
