Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • Base: 20 large thick pretzel rods or knotted pretzels
  • Dip: 5.5oz 150g dark chocolate chips
  • Topping: 3 tbsp dried culinary lavender

Equipment

  • Double boiler (bain-marie)
  • Baking sheet
  • Tall glass/jar (for dipping)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate over simmering water.
  2. Dip pretzel rods 2/3 of the way in.
  3. Sprinkle immediately with a pinch of lavender.
  4. Lay on a lined sheet to set.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
