Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • Base: 1 head green cabbage shredded, 1 small white onion (diced), 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • Liquid: 2 cups apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup water
  • Seasoning: 2 tbsp salt 1 tbsp caraway seeds, 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Large pot/Dutch oven
  • Knife
  • Spoon

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Sauté onion and garlic.
  2. Add cabbage, liquids, and seasonings.
  3. Simmer covered for 1.5 hours.
  4. Serve warm.
