- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Trim artichokes and slice wafer-thin. Squeeze lemon over them.
- Mix oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place fish in baking dish. Add artichokes, dressing, and rosemary. Stuff some artichokes inside fish.
- Bake 15 minutes. Spoon juices over fish.
- Bake another 10-12 minutes. Serve from the dish.
