Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pounds pork chops (center loin)
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ounce dried porcini (soaked)
  • 1/2 pound fresh button mushrooms
  • Vegetable oil

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Brown chops. Add wine, tomatoes, cream, porcini, salt, pepper.
  2. Simmer covered 45 mins.
  3. Reduce porcini water separately.
  4. Sauté fresh mushrooms in oil. Add reduced porcini water.
  5. Add cooked mushrooms to chops.
  6. Simmer 5 mins and serve.
