- Sauté garlic in oil. Add cabbage, salt, pepper.
- Cook cabbage uncovered, turning often.
- In separate pan, pierce and brown sausages deeply.
- When cabbage is half-reduced (45 mins), add sausages.
- Cook together 20 minutes until cabbage is very soft.
- Serve.
