- Trim artichokes. Shell beans and peas.
- Sweat thinly sliced onion in oil until soft.
- Add fennel and artichokes. Cover and cook 5 mins.
- Add fava beans (cook 10-15 mins).
- Add peas. Cook 5 mins more until everything is tender.
- Let settle before serving.
