- Peel and quarter potatoes. Trim celery stalks.
- Put celery, oil, salt, coverage water in pot. Simmer 10 mins.
- Add potatoes and lemon juice. Cover.
- Cook until both are tender (approx 25 mins).
- Boil away any excess water to leave just oil.
- Serve.
