Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pounds fresh spinach OR 2 packages frozen
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Wash fresh spinach (remove stems if mature).
  2. Cook in covered pan with just clinging water and salt until tender (10 mins). Drain well.
  3. Sauté garlic in olive oil until nut-brown. Remove garlic.
  4. Add spinach to hot oil, toss for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve at once.
