Oven-Browned Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 9 fresh ripe round tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 325°F.
- 2Halve tomatoes. Arrange cut-side up in baking dish (snugly).
- 3Sprinkle with parsley, garlic, salt, pepper.
- 4Drizzle with oil.
- 5Bake 1 hour+ until shrunk to half size and edges blackened.
- 6Serve warm or room temp.
