Main Ingredients
  • Sauce: 1 cup ketchup 3/4 cup cider vinegar, 1/4 cup bourbon, 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • Spices: 1 tsp mustard powder 1 tsp cayenne, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt
  • Meat: 8 skin-on bone-in chicken thighs

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Whisk all sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Reserve 1/3 for glazing.
  2. Coat chicken thighs generously with the remaining sauce.
  3. Grill under a broiler (12-15 mins per side) or bake at 350 degrees F (25-30 mins).
  4. Baste frequently during cooking. Brush with the reserved fresh sauce in the final minutes.
  5. Serve hot and sticky.
