32-oz. pkg. frozen potato puffs, divided
1 to 1-1/2 3-oz. pkgs. ready-to-use bacon pieces, divided
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
garlic salt and Montreal steak seasoning or salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. milk
Instructions
1Coat the inside of a slow cooker with nonstick spray. Spread half of the frozen potato puffs across the bottom, then sprinkle with one third of the bacon pieces and one third of the shredded cheddar cheese.
2Place the diced chicken breast over the cheese layer. Season the meat generously with garlic salt and steak seasoning or standard salt and pepper.
3Layer another third of the bacon and cheese over the chicken. Arrange the remaining potato puffs on top, followed by the last of the bacon and cheese, then pour the milk evenly over everything.
4Cover the slow cooker and cook on the low setting for 4 to 6 hours until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
