- Sauté onion and garlic in oil. Add cabbage, cover, simmer 40 mins until tender.
- Brown chicken in separate pan. Transfer legs/thighs to cabbage.
- Add wine and pepper to cabbage pot. Simmer covered for 40 mins.
- Add chicken breasts. Cook 10 mins more until tender.
- Cabbage should be melt-in-your-mouth tender. Serve.
