Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds beef braciole (1 large slice)
  • 3/4 pound ground pork
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • Flour

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Sew beef slice into a pocket.
  2. Mix pork, garlic, parsley, egg, parmesan, salt, pepper.
  3. Stuff pocket with mixture. Sew shut.
  4. Dredge roll in flour. Brown in butter/oil.
  5. Add wine. Cover and simmer 1 to 1.5 hours.
  6. Slice and serve with reduced pan juices.
