- Reserve 1/2 tbsp egg for wash. Beat rest with oil, flour, salt, pepper, baking powder.
- Knead into smooth mass. Wrap and rest 30 mins.
- Roll out thin (1/4 inch). Cut into 2-inch disks.
- Place on buttered sheet.
- Brush with reserved egg.
- Bake at 375°F for 12 minutes.
- Cool completely.
