Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 extra-large eggs
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Reserve 1/2 tbsp egg for wash. Beat rest with oil, flour, salt, pepper, baking powder.
  2. Knead into smooth mass. Wrap and rest 30 mins.
  3. Roll out thin (1/4 inch). Cut into 2-inch disks.
  4. Place on buttered sheet.
  5. Brush with reserved egg.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 12 minutes.
  7. Cool completely.
