Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • Base: 1 stick butter melted, 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 1/2 cup sugar, 4 eggs, vanilla, 6 graham crackers (crushed), 1/2 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder
  • Ganache: 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Top: 11oz bag mini marshmallows

  • 9×9 inch pan
  • Saucepan
  • Mixer

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Mix base ingredients and bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 35 mins.
  2. Make ganache by melting chocolate and cream.
  3. Pour ganache over the baked base.
  4. Top with marshmallows and broil briefly until toasted.
  5. Chill to set slightly before slicing.
