Layers of thin artichoke slices, butter, and Parmesan cheese baked until a light crust forms.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 large artichokes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Trim and boil artichokes 5 mins until tender-crisp.
  2. Slice wedges thin.
  3. Layer in buttered dish: artichokes, salt, cheese, butter dots.
  4. Repeat layers.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 mins until crust forms.
  6. Serve.
