Blanched cauliflower florets baked with plentiful butter and Parmesan until golden. Pure comfort.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 medium head cauliflower (about 2 pounds)
  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Butter for smearing and dotting
  • Salt

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Boil whole cauliflower or large florets until tender. Drain.
  2. Divide into separate florets.
  3. Smear baking dish with butter.
  4. Arrange florets overlapping slightly.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and Parmesan. Dot liberally with butter.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 mins until crust forms.
