Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound boiling potatoes
  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh marjoram (or 1 tsp dried)
  • Unflavored bread crumbs
  • Olive oil

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Boil potatoes until tender. Peel and mash.
  2. Boil green beans until firm. Chop very fine.
  3. Mix potatoes, beans, eggs, cheese, marjoram, salt, pepper.
  4. Oil a baking pan, coat with bread crumbs.
  5. Spread mixture in pan. Top with breadcrumbs and olive oil drizzle.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  7. Unmold and serve warm.
