- Peel yellow pepper raw, cut into strips.
- Sauté onion in oil until translucent.
- Add peppers and tomatoes. Simmer 20 mins.
- Add raw green beans, 1/3 cup water, salt, chili.
- Cover and simmer 20-30 mins until beans are tender.
- Boil away excess liquid if needed.
