Main Ingredients
  • Filling: 1 cup peanut butter 2 bananas (sliced), 1 cup blackberry jam
  • Base: 8 slices crusty bread
  • Cooking: 4 tbsp butter

  • Frying pan
  • Small saucepan

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Gently warm the jam in a small saucepan until loosened.
  2. Spread peanut butter on bread slices. Layer with banana rounds and close the sandwiches.
  3. Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry sandwiches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve hot, either dipped in or topped with the warm jam.
