- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Lower heat, add garlic and butter, cook 30-40 seconds.
- Add lemon juice and zest, coat chicken in the sauce for 1 minute.
- Turn off heat, top with parsley, serve immediately.
