Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • Cookies: 1/2 cup dark chocolate 3.5 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 tbsp milk, 1 cup flour
  • Fill: 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter 4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Mixer
  • Freezer

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate and butter together. Cool.
  2. Mix in sugars, egg, milk, and flour to form a batter.
  3. Bake 8 large cookies at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 10 mins. Cool completely.
  4. Freeze cookies for 10 mins. Spread half with peanut butter.
  5. Sandwich with a scoop of ice cream and freeze again before serving.
