Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pounds fresh peas (unshelled) OR 10oz frozen tiny peas
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons prosciutto (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt & Pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Shell fresh peas.
  2. Sauté garlic in oil until nut-brown. Remove garlic.
  3. Add prosciutto, cook briefly.
  4. Add peas, parsley, pepper.
  5. Add 1/4 cup water (for fresh) or cover (for frozen).
  6. Cook until tender (5 mins frozen, 15-30 mins fresh).
  7. Boil away excess liquid. Salt and serve.
