  • Base: 3 heaping cups fresh cranberries
  • Liquid: 1 cup fresh orange juice 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Sweet: 1/2 cup white sugar 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • Aromatics: Zest of 1 large orange 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions
  1. Combine cranberries, juices, zest, cinnamon, and sugars in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
  3. Simmer gently for 10 mins until the berries burst and sauce thickens.
  4. Remove cinnamon stick and stir in the maple syrup.
  5. Serve warm or chilled (it will thicken further as it cools).
