Instructions
- Cook chopped reconstituted porcini in their soaking liquid until dry.
- Mix stuffing: tentacles, porcini, garlic, parsley, crumbs, 1 tbsp oil.
- Stuff sacs, sew shut. Reserve 1 tbsp mixture.
- Brown sacs in oil. Add salt, pepper, wine, and reserved stuffing.
- Cover and simmer 45+ minutes.
- Slice and serve with pan juices.
