- Clean squid, reserve tentacles. Chop tentacles fine.
- Mix stuffing: chopped tentacles, egg, parsley, garlic, cheese, crumbs, oil.
- Stuff sacs 2/3 full. Sew or pin shut.
- Brown whole garlic cloves in oil, discard cloves. Brown squid sacs.
- Add tomatoes, chopped garlic, wine. Cover and simmer 45-50 mins.
- Slice and serve with sauce.
