- Boil chard leaves until tender. Squeeze very dry. Chop fine.
- Sauté onion in oil until nut-brown.
- Add chard, cook until dry. Cool.
- Mix with Parmesan, eggs, pine nuts, drained raisins, pepper.
- Coat springform pan with oil and bread crumbs.
- Fill with mixture. Top with bread crumbs and oil drizzle.
- Bake at 350°F for 40 mins.
- Serve at room temperature.
