Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 3 1/4 pounds mature chard (leaves only)
  • 2/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/3 cup raisins (soaked)
  • Bread crumbs

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Boil chard leaves until tender. Squeeze very dry. Chop fine.
  2. Sauté onion in oil until nut-brown.
  3. Add chard, cook until dry. Cool.
  4. Mix with Parmesan, eggs, pine nuts, drained raisins, pepper.
  5. Coat springform pan with oil and bread crumbs.
  6. Fill with mixture. Top with bread crumbs and oil drizzle.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 40 mins.
  8. Serve at room temperature.
