Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup baby spinach
  • 3/4 cup artichoke hearts drained
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 3/4 cup Gruyère cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Sliced baguette for serving

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Sauté the garlic in butter, then add spinach to wilt. Drain well and squeeze out excess liquid.
  2. Chop the artichoke hearts.
  3. Process the cream cheese, sour cream, flour, Parmesan, and half the Gruyère until smooth.
  4. Add the spinach and artichokes. Pulse briefly to keep the texture chunky.
  5. Pour into a baking dish and top with the remaining Gruyère.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden.
