Lemon Chicken Pasta Salad

Lemon Chicken Pasta Salad

This quick and creamy pasta salad is loaded with cooked chicken, crisp snow peas, and crunchy almonds. Using a boxed pasta salad mix cuts down on prep time, while fresh lemon juice and zest brighten the rich mayonnaise dressing. It makes a great make-ahead lunch or an easy side dish for warm weather picnics. The combination of tender pasta, crunchy nuts, and a zesty ranch dressing hits all the right notes.
