Ingredients

  • 2 cups (185 g) oat flour
  • ⅔ cup (165 g) unsweetened applesauce
  • ½ cup (135 g) smooth nut butter (with no additives)

Instructions

  1. 1Heat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. 2Mix the oat flour, applesauce, and nut butter together in a medium bowl until a dough forms.
  3. 3Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface until it is about 1/4 to 1/2 inch (6 to 12 mm) thick. Cut out shapes using a cookie cutter and arrange them on the lined baking sheets. Gather any remaining dough scraps, roll them out again, and cut out more shapes.
  4. 4Bake the cookies for 30 minutes. Allow them to cool completely before transferring them to an airtight container for storage at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
