Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • Granola: 3 cups oats 1.5 cups mixed seeds, 1.5 cups nuts, 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp honey, 1/4 cup maple syrup, dried berries/coconut
  • Compote: 3.5oz each dried apples figs, prunes; 1 cinnamon stick, 1/2 vanilla pod, 1 orange (zest/juice), 1 tbsp sugar

  • Mixing bowl
  • Saucepan

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Mix oats, seeds, nuts, and syrups. Bake at 300 degrees F for 30 mins, adding dried berries halfway through. Let cool completely to form clusters.
  2. Soak dried fruit with spices and orange juice in boiling water overnight.
  3. Simmer soaked fruit mixture with sugar for 15 mins until syrupy.
  4. Serve crunchy granola topped with warm compote and yogurt.
