Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • Dough: 7 tbsp butter 3/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 apple (peeled/grated), 1.5 cups flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Topping: 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp dried apple crisps, 1.5 tsp cinnamon

Equipment

  • Baking sheets
  • Food processor (for topping)
  • Mixer

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cream butter/sugar, add egg, vanilla, and grated apple. Mix in dry ingredients. Chill 30 mins.
  2. Blitz topping ingredients into a fine powder.
  3. Roll dough into balls, then coat generously in the topping.
  4. Flatten slightly on baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 10-12 mins.
