Thin beef rolls filled with ham and cheese, cooked atop a bed of shredded red cabbage braised in Chianti wine.

Instructions
- Cook garlic and cabbage in oil until very soft (45 mins). Remove.
- Fill beef squares with ham and cheese. Roll up.
- Brown beef rolls in pan.
- Return cabbage, add wine.
- Simmer 10 mins until wine reduces.
- Serve.
