3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
4-5 cups shredded red cabbage
1 pound beef round, sliced extra thin
6 ounces sliced ham
6 ounces sliced fontina cheese
2/3 cup Chianti wine
Method
Instructions
Cook garlic and cabbage in oil until very soft (45 mins). Remove.
Fill beef squares with ham and cheese. Roll up.
Brown beef rolls in pan.
Return cabbage, add wine.
Simmer 10 mins until wine reduces.
Serve.
