Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • Pastry: 2 cups flour, 2 yolks, 1 stick butter, sugar, ice water
  • 3/4 pound fresh ricotta
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 pound prosciutto/ham
  • 1/4 pound mortadella
  • 1/4 pound mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Make Pasta Frolla (dough). Chill.
  2. Mix ricotta, yolks, cubes of ham, mortadella, mozzarella, parmesan.
  3. Line deep dish with dough.
  4. Fill with cheese/meat mixture.
  5. Cover with dough lid, seal edges.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 45 mins.
  7. Serve warm or at room temp.
