- Make Pasta Frolla (dough). Chill.
- Mix ricotta, yolks, cubes of ham, mortadella, mozzarella, parmesan.
- Line deep dish with dough.
- Fill with cheese/meat mixture.
- Cover with dough lid, seal edges.
- Bake at 375°F for 45 mins.
- Serve warm or at room temp.
