Ingredients

  • 100g/4oz porridge oats
  • 2 eating apples, peeled and grated
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra for sprinkling
  • 500ml/18fl oz skimmed milk
  • 2 tbsp ground linseed
  • 150g pot probiotic yogurt

Instructions

  1. 1Combine the oats, grated apples, ground cinnamon, and skimmed milk in a medium saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly until the oats are tender and creamy.
