Four very ripe bananas and 50g of peanut butter fold into a soured cream batter studded with chocolate chips, baked in a 2.5-litre Bundt tin for about 90 minutes total. While the cake cools, popcorn kernels pop in sunflower oil and coat in a homemade caramel with salted peanuts. A dark and milk chocolate ganache — cream, golden syrup, butter — pours over the top before the caramel popcorn presses on. Serves 12 and covers three components that can all be made the same afternoon.
