Instructions

  1. 1Place the mashed bananas, milk, eggs, rolled oats, baking powder, vanilla extract, coconut oil, honey, and salt into a blender. Pulse the mixture until the batter is completely smooth so the oats break down fully.
  2. 2Coat the inner pot of your multicooker with cooking spray, then pour one spoonful of batter into the bottom and spread it out evenly.
  3. 3Set the cooker to Sauté mode and cook the crepe for two minutes. Flip it over and cook for one additional minute until golden. Watch closely after flipping, as the second side always cooks faster. Repeat this process with the rest of the batter.
