1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened oat milk or other plant milk
½ cup (85 g) frozen mango pieces
1½ tablespoons hemp protein powder
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon mushroom blend powder (one that includes lion’s mane)
1 tablespoon Brain On powder (optional)
Instructions
1Add the coconut, frozen banana, kale, spinach, oat milk, frozen mango, hemp protein, almond butter, mushroom powder, and Brain On powder to a blender. Blend on high speed until the liquid is thick, creamy, and bright green.
2Pour the freshly blended smoothie into a glass.
3Serve the drink immediately while it remains frosty and cold.
