Breakfast Pops

These frozen yogurt pops turn a standard morning meal into a refreshing summer treat. Blended vanilla Greek yogurt and fresh peaches create a smooth, creamy base. Whole raspberries and diced peach pieces add bright bursts of fruit throughout each bite. A packed layer of granola at the base provides a satisfying crunch. They are an excellent make-ahead option for busy warm-weather mornings or a healthy afternoon snack.

Instructions

  1. 1Place the vanilla Greek yogurt, honey, and three-quarters of the chopped peaches into a blender. Process the ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth.
  2. 2Divide the halved raspberries and the rest of the chopped peaches evenly among six to eight ice pop molds. Pour roughly one-quarter cup of the blended yogurt mixture into each mold. Tap the molds gently on the counter to settle the liquid, making sure to leave half an inch of empty space at the top.
  3. 3Add the granola to the top of each mold, pressing it down firmly into the yogurt mixture until the liquid rises to the brim. Transfer the molds to the freezer and chill for six to eight hours until completely solid.
