Ingredients

  • 3 dried dates, pitted
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3½ ounces (100 g) frozen açai berries
  • 1 cup (145 g) frozen mixed berries
  • ½ cup (120 ml) unsweetened plant milk
  • ⅓ cup (80 g) plain unsweetened plant yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon pea protein powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon whole chia seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Gather your preferred toppings such as ground cherries, chocolate chips, granola, shredded coconut, nuts, seeds, or edible flowers.
  2. 2Place the pitted dates, frozen banana, açai berries, mixed berries, plant milk, plant yogurt, pea protein powder, vanilla extract, and chia seeds into a high-powered blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture is thick, smooth, and deep plum in color.
  3. 3Pour the blended smoothie evenly into two small bowls. Arrange your chosen toppings over the surface and enjoy immediately.
