- Dredge chicken in flour. Brown in oil. Remove and season.
- Sauté onion until deep gold. Add wine and deglaze pan.
- Return chicken legs/thighs to pan. Add all vegetables and tomatoes.
- Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
- Add chicken breasts. Cook 10 minutes more until tender.
- Serve with sauce.
