Main Ingredients
  • Crust: 9oz chocolate graham crackers crushed, 1/3 cup sugar, 9 tbsp melted butter
  • Filling: 5 limes juice & zest, 3 egg yolks, 1 can (14oz) condensed milk

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Mix crust ingredients and press into a pie dish. Bake 10 mins at 350 degrees F.
  2. Whisk yolks and lime zest until thick. Add condensed milk and whisk 5 mins.
  3. Stir in lime juice (the mixture will thicken).
  4. Pour into the crust and bake 15-20 mins until set but slightly wobbly in center.
  5. Cool completely in the fridge before serving.
