The secret here is steeping peach-flavored tea bags directly in warm soymilk to create a deeply infused, creamy base. Sweet frozen peaches and delicate white tea blend into a refreshing drink that's naturally sweetened with a touch of honey. It's a cooling beverage you'll want on hand for warm afternoons or a quick morning breakfast.

Ingredients
2 cups soymilk
8 bags peach-flavor white tea
3 cups frozen sliced peaches
¼ cup honey
Instructions
1Heat the soymilk in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until it just reaches a boil. Stir constantly so the soymilk doesn't scorch on the bottom of the pan.
2Remove the pan from the heat, submerge the tea bags in the liquid, and let them steep for 5 minutes.
3Remove and discard the tea bags. Transfer the saucepan to the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes to chill the infused soymilk.
4Combine the chilled soymilk, frozen sliced peaches, and honey in a blender. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute until completely smooth, then pour into glasses.
Notes
Make ahead: You can steep and chill the soymilk mixture up to 2 days in advance. Store it in an airtight container in the fridge until you're ready to blend.
Swap: If you don't have soymilk, almond milk or oat milk will work just as well for the creamy base.
Adjusting sweetness: Taste the peaches before blending. If they're extra sweet, you might want to reduce the honey slightly.
