Tender cauliflower wedges breaded and fried to a golden crisp. Perfect as a side or appetizer.

- Boil cauliflower until tender. Cool.
- Cut into 1-inch thick wedges.
- Dip wedges in beaten egg, then bread crumbs.
- Fry in 1/2 inch hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain.
