Tender cauliflower wedges breaded and fried to a golden crisp. Perfect as a side or appetizer.

Main Ingredients
  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup unflavored bread crumbs
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Boil cauliflower until tender. Cool.
  2. Cut into 1-inch thick wedges.
  3. Dip wedges in beaten egg, then bread crumbs.
  4. Fry in 1/2 inch hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Drain.
  6. Salt and serve immediately.
