1 medium head cauliflower
2 eggs
1 cup unflavored bread crumbs
Vegetable oil

Instructions
Boil cauliflower until tender. Cool.
Cut into 1-inch thick wedges.
Dip wedges in beaten egg, then bread crumbs.
Fry in 1/2 inch hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
Drain.
Salt and serve immediately.
